Scott Klumb is a Boulder, CO, filmmaker who produced, directed, and edited “Autism: One Man's Journey,” a 2019 autobiographical documentary that has received recognition across the country. With Scott Klumb’s film already shown at private fundraiser screenings and film festival events, a public release is still in the planning stages.

Active in filmmaking for the past 16 years, Mr. Klumb founded SMK Media Production, LLC, in Boulder in 2012. In addition to film production, his company spans activities such as still photography, event live-streaming, and marketing. A particular emphasis is on the production of backcountry and free-style ski films, on which he has worked in tandem with major media outlets such as ESPN.

Scott Klumb’s unique editing style has earned international attention. Over the years, he has diversified into action sports films dealing with rock climbing and mountain biking. Since 2016, he has also worked in areas such as time-lapse and nature photography and has been invited to display pieces in venues like the El Dorado Canyon State Park art show. Diagnosed with autism as an adult in his 20s, Scott Klumb is active with the Autism Society of Colorado and supports the Temple Grandin School.
